Nando's Edinburgh - The Gyle in Edinburgh

"I visited Nando's Edinburgh - The Gyle for dinner last Saturday, and it was such a wonderful experience from start to finish! The food was absolutely delicious every dish was full of flavor and beautifully presented. What made the evening even more special was the service. I’d like to especially mention one of the staff members, Sitt. His lovely smiling face and friendly attitude made me feel so comfortable and welcomed throughout my meal. It’s always nice to be greeted with genuine warmth, and Sitt’s kindness truly stood out. He was smiling all time not even for us but also for all customer which could spread warmth through dining experience. Thank you Sitt. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!"

"Almost didn't go here after seeing some of the reviews but glad we decided to risk it. So pleased there is a proper restaurant at the Gyle again & sure there will be teething troubles & the young staff just need to get used to the job. It's a perfectly fine Nandos. My son & I decided to stop by for an early dinner last Sunday. We used to pop into the Frankie & Bennys & Phillies in South Gyle. The only other options were the food court, cafes & coffee shops. We did move seat due to an obnoxious loud family but staff were fine with that. Ordered using the QR code. It did take a good 20-25 minutes to arrive but the kitchen staff were going flat out. Restaurant is clean, love how they've styled it. Comfy seating & good, relaxing atmosphere. The food was as good as other Nandos. The test is would we go back & the answer is yes."

"When this Nando’s first opened there were definitely a few teething issues, but honestly it’s been great the last few times we’ve been - both takeaway and eating in. The food’s been spot on, orders right, and the whole experience is easy. I’m so glad we’ve got a Nando’s nearby. It properly saved us during the house move when we were tired, stressed, and living out of boxes. It’s become our go-to now, and it’s nice to see how much it’s improved."

"Had a fantastic experience at Nando’s Gyle! The food was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked chicken with loads of flavour and just the right level of spice. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the sides were spot on too. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and really attentive. The restaurant was clean and had a great atmosphere, making it a lovely place to sit and enjoy a meal. Definitely one of the best Nando’s visits I’ve had. I’ll 100% be back again soon!"

"Great food, quite close to the original South African flavour, but you have to ask for extra basting and we'll do chicken. Staff were a bit confused about the request, which I felt strange, as this is a standard option in South Africa."

"I just came to this new nandos for the first time and wow… I was impressed. They made me so comfortable here, being welcomed in by lovely Ava just created a lovely atmosphere. The food came very quickly and so did my bottomless drink, which I was very excited for. The food tasted super fresh and flavourful. Thank you also to the delightful Ellie who was my server, I will definitely be back!!!"

"This was one of the best experiences we've had at Nando's. The staff were excellent, the restaurant is spacious and the toilets were very clean. Conveniently located outside the Gyle to allow it to open later than the centre's hours. We will return to this branch."
